The Blair Project uses motorsport as a tool for engagement to enthuse and inspire young people to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and digital industries –and have FUN doing it.
The vocational and transferable skills they learn helps to facilitate their progression into further education , employment or apprenticeships.
Our alternative education provision is designed to:-
• Support the teaching of vocational skills and STEM in schools aligned to the National Curriculum
• Improve aspirations, motivation and educational attainment
• Build resourcefulness and resilience of young people and unlock hidden talents
• Increase participation in motorsport by making it more accessible, affordable and inclusive for young people at the grassroots. This includes an exciting new innovation in electric racing.
